
It is best served at 14°C in medium-size goblets sp as to highlight its qualities.
Denomination: IGT MARCHE BIANCO white wine.
Wine-Making and Processing: the Trebbiano and Biancame white grapes, amongst other minor varieties are pressed, then left to rest at low temperature for 24 hours. Set to ferment straight into barrique, followed by racking, the must then matures for a period of 6/8 months in wood with weekly decanting and seeping on fine dregs. This is followed by cold decanting and bottling.
Grape-Harvest: carried out by hand.
Annual production: 2500 bottles, 750 ml each.
Colour: deep straw-coloured, clear
Perfume: blossom, fruity, apple, intense.
Flavour: Dry, constant.
Serving Suggestions: wide goblets, 14°C.
Goes well with: truffle main course, fish, white meat, salame, cheese.
