
Denomination: IGT MARCHE BIANCO white wine
Wine-Making and Processing: the Crossing Bruni 54 white grapes, amongst other minor varieties are pressed, then left to rest at low temperature for 24 hours. They are then set to ferment for about 3 weeks, the racking and ageing carried out in a tank for the next 3 months. The cold decanting and bottling then follows.
Grape: Crossing Bruni 54.
Annual Production: 3000 bottles, 750 ml each.
Colour: Pale yellow, clare.
Perfume: Exotic fruits, herbaceous, fresh, floral with notes of muscat.
Flavour: Dry, crisp, acidy, good structure and persistence.
Serving Suggestions: flute goblet or similar, 12°C.
Goes well with: Tease from the fish, the first to white meat disse, also good with vegetables, and piadina and pizza.
