The climate and the land of St. Angelo in Vado intensify the aroma of the Muscat and Sauvignon varietes, which are perfect for the production of our Passito Wine, that will amaze you for its aroma, taste and full-body.

The passage in small boxes in the drying room makes this wine so creamy that you won't forget it.


Wine-Making and Processing: Grapes are picked when slightly overripe and placed in 2 kg boxes. In a single layer, to then undergo the natural drying stage in a specific room for about 2 months. The complete pressing, which follows the selection of the best grapes, is carried out in two stages lasting 10 hours. A double cold step for the settling of the heaviest materials, and the fermentation at low temperature qhith selected yeasts; then the pouring and aging in tanks for 8/12 mounths. Finally, a cold settling and the bottling follow. Free of allergens.


Grapes: Muscat Petit Grain, Sauvignon.


Aroma: Fruity, floral, intense and pleasant.


Taste: Sweet, Pleasant, full-bodied.


Colour: Deep-golden-yellow.


Combinations: As aperitif at low temperature,whit cheese, goose paté croutons,perfect whit desserts,but also on its own.


To be served: ideally in tulip-shaped globets or similar.
